When I last visited (10 years ago) the park was a welcome, privatly run, success story with at least 2 white knuckle rides,It also managed to stick to its "Theme".
Yesterday, however was a major disappointment. NO ROLLERCOASTERS!!
To be fair "The American adventure" is under going a major 2 year refurbishment, and the entrance price is 1/2 that of other parks.But......Why do they leave remnants of scrap roller coasters and bits of its glorious past lying on the ground like a theme park graveyard.
The small rides are ok for kids but my 8 year old was still too short for a lot of the rides.
The food is cheap, entrance is cheap, the park itself.......CHEAP!
